The officers and firefighters in Lutz are a tremendous group of people. They are so dedicated to the community. I already knew that coming in. But having been here a couple of months, it's been overwhelming to get a sense of how much they are willing to do.

It's got more capability, more comfort and more capacity for equipment.

We have an incredibly good relationship with the county. They help provide equipment and gear and a paramedic, and, in turn, we provide them with all kinds of personnel. It's a mutually beneficial relationship.

I got a station tour and I was hooked all over again.
